Question about working at jewel osco?

K well I just got hired for a job there as a bagger and I will also bring in carts. Im wondering though do you get assigned a register to bag at or do you just move around to all different registers. And what happens when you go for lunch does someone take over bagging for you when you leave and lets you bag more at the same register when you return?

Your supervisor will tell you what to do.. generally you start at whatever register needs a bagger, and you bag until there are no other customers...then you look at the other registers, and if one needs a bagger you go there...and on and on

some stores assign you to a register....

when it's break time someone comes and relieves you, when your break is over you return to that person,and go back to work.they, then go give someone else a break....
