im 15 and weigh 11 stones which is 154 pounds and i am 5ft 7 ishi do every morning,20 mins of rowing then 100 sit ups and 50 crunches then 20 push ups and then 50 squatsfoloowed by 15 mins of weight lifttingthen 20 mins on the excersice bike how long will it take me to be phsically fit and muscuallr im not skinny or really fat just fatter then i am skinny
