Question about working out?

im 15 and weigh 11 stones which is 154 pounds and i am 5ft 7 ish

i do every morning,

20 mins of rowing

then 100 sit ups and 50 crunches then 20 push ups and then 50 squats

foloowed by 15 mins of weight liftting

then 20 mins on the excersice bike

how long will it take me to be phsically fit and muscuallr

im not skinny or really fat just fatter then i am skinny

  1. The best way to lose weight is running and to eat healthy. I was well overweight and could barely run 2km but i keep running until i could do 10km. I lost 60 pounds and now i can run marathons after one year of running.

  2. what you can do to be muscular is eat fatty foods...i dont mean junk food but food with protien......ull get more fat then burn it into muscle
