Question about wrist watches?

if the watch says water resistant.

should it be submerged underwater?

i have the Big tic Fossil watch

I think it depends on the distance. My watch says it goes down to 100 meters.

mine has worked 4 about 6 months and its wr 100 meters

definetly more than likely that watch is resistant to 330 meters or 100 feet.

take it down 12 feet at your local pool it wont hurt it.

I would wear a watch that is minimun depth  to 30 meters. I have swam with a timex watch 30 meters model and haven't had any problems.
