Question about yucca plants?

A friend gave me some about 20 Yucca buds (no roots) and I was wondering how I can get roots on them? Help!

I need answers ASAP!!

Do I put them in water or do I just put them in the ground????

Please help!!!

  1. Buy,at the Garden Nursery , some "Rooting Compound". Dip the end of the cutting into the compound,then put into moist sandy soil. Keep moist,but not wet. It will grow roots pretty fast. Byee


  2. Put them into soil (see link below for instructions). Being a succulent putting it in water will probably cause it to rot, they're not keen on too much water. Good luck!
