My DSL service used to be great, then six months ago the company did work in the area and since my DSL service has been less then miserable. The provider said that what they did should not have impaired my service, Right !!! . I have made several calls to cust service, had reps come out and check wiring, replaced modem, cust support remotely logged onto my machine and ran diagnostics and still have constant intermittant connectivity problems. I am so frustrated that I am going to try high speed cable even though it is more expensive, anyone have similar problems with DSL, is cable the answer ?
