Question concerning universes within universes?

Question

Could something physically exist in our universe so small and complex that it could sustain another universe inside of it? Could there be things inside a quark or atom that are so small that we can't understand there's a mini universe within it, or does that not make sense?

I suppose so. Size is, after all, only relative.
