Question ebay....100 dollars flown away.?

Hi, I am an Italian boy that has bought an object on ebay from an American boy that him and' taken the money (100 dollars) and you/he/she has never sent the package...what can I tell him?

(and he/she doesn't even answer me to the emails)

paypal will always refund your money in that circumstance.. just tell them you never recieved your item

Firsty, contact eBay !!!!! and they will help..

if you paid with paypal..ring paypal up and cancel your payment !!

email the seller and say this is his/her last chance before your going to inform ebay.
