Why hasn't he spoken out about Black Oppression? He doesn't seem to be interested in the Black Community, When he does speak of AA's he is very subtle. Does this p**s you off?

  1. ....he isn't a black leader, he is an American leader

  2. Hey, little miss bigot. Obama is for ALL Americans. He doesn't single people out. He wears an American hat all the time unlike McCain who said he was putting his on for the hurricane.

  3. Perhaps the black community realizes that a candidate who is active and outspoken about 'black oppression' would be viewed as a radical and a threat by much of white America, and therefore be unelectable?

I am not saying that I personally would consider it a radical viewpoint since there is overwhelming evidence of how the deck is stacked against people of color.. but I do know a lot of people who would feel threatened by that stance.

  4. He won't do anything for blacks that he won't do for the rest of the people.Obama will be another pawn for the White controlled government. So he won't be handing out keys to new homes for them.If he is elected I somehow see the blacks will be calling him a traitor.Because the president only has so much power. If some believe that they will get special treatment,Well they are in for a real letdown.

  5. He's not running for president of Black America. He's running for president of America. All of the issues he speaks on relate to black people and all americans. What do you want him to do? Run around preaching to to 11% of the nation. That's smart.

BTW. Obama has done plenty for the Black community in his career. Do a little research.

    Hugs and Kisses ;-)

  6. To answer your question with logic; I believe he'll provide justice for all Americans, not just Afro-Americans. By the way; Obama's daughters are African Americans.

  7. No , it does p**s me off.  He is not trying to lead black folks to the promise land.  He  wants to be commander and chief of the USA.  He does speak for us though.  You just have to listen closely.  I think some black people are trying to  mold Obama into what they want him to be.  He can't just speak for black people or he would be where he is today.  He needs votes from all both genders, and all races.
