Wenger's contract runs out at the end of the 2010/2011 season, I think he will go that summer to PSG. Might be even this season if we don't win anything for the 4th time. Tony Adams has said that he'd love to manager the club one day, I don't think he can take that responsibly but maybe someone like Slavan Bilic or Roberto Mancini. What do you think will happen to Arsenal when Wenger goes ? And who will replace him ?

  1. no one he is irreplaceable!!!

  2. Tony Adams

  3. I think it's maybe time yes - he's been a great manager for us but i think we just need a change.

As much as it pains me to say it, i think SAF was right in saying we'll struggle to win anything with youth,

  4. i really honestly think he isn't leaving.........as for wen he DOES leave i hink van basten, bilic, or bergkamp would do the trick!

  5. I don't think he would leave. Maybe if they were crowned EPL champions this year or next and win other trophys he might just sign a new deal.

  6. i know lots of Arsenal fans want wenger to stay for what he has done for this club...but we wont win anything!!!! we'r turning into monoco while wenger was there. if we dont win anything this season...are use still going to have faith in wenger?

grow a pair and see we'r in danger, maybe not dropping out of top 4 this term maybe next, what will happen, wenger rely's on qualifing for the CL for the money, if we cant spend big even with the money what will we be like without it. we need to change things..i dont no what but we must do it quick.

anyway...van basten or bilic for me.

  7. no one can replace Mr.football

  8. What! Arsene Wenger leaving! NEVER! He'll be with Arsenal for many more years and yes will probably sign a new contract at the end of 10/11, to continue to do so.

But when that time comes, I agree with Arsenal_4_life, Dennis Bergkamp would be my choice, and hes taking the right training at the moment, so you never know, one day Dennis Bergkamp WILL return to Arsenal.

  9. Bergkamp seems like the sort of guy who could handle the responsibility.

  10. i dont want him to go!

but if he had to then...

tony adams. he is experienced in arsenal, has some management career and and wants the job!

    =]

  11. i wholud choose dennis bergkamp hes already started to coach as 2nd coach with van basten at ajax

he would make a good coach

  12. I can't see him ever joining another club, I personally think the only way he will leave Arsenal is in a box. He has already been told he has a job for life and I could see him in a director of football role with Tony Adams in charge of the first team.

  13. whoever the new manager is, he would have problems in the transfer market...as Arsene is known to be a smart buyer and who would only buy young players.

the new manager may find it hard to adapt to the kind of budget Arsenal may imposed in the transfer market. thus, i don't think many managers will last long at Arsenal.

Mancini would be a suitable candidate.

whoever takes over at Arsenal, i would wish them all the best cos Arsenal is a great team.

  14. it would have to be someone like Stevie Wonder. I'm sure he would sum-up the game just as Mr Wenger would. I DID NOT SEE IT!!

  15. arsene is a world class manager but not legendary yet. bilic would be good but id rather want to see guus hiddink lead arsenal.

  16. I'd like to see Tony Adams.

  17. i think when wenger does go it will be because he'll retire. As for anyone replacing him we'd need a tactician, someone who has got an average team playing good football. only 2 names come to mind and both have done fantastic jobs at their clubs. Aston Villa's Martin O'neil and Roma's Luciano Spalletti would be ideal

  18. he is irreplaceable
