Question for California teachers?

I have a multiple subject teaching credential, expiring in 2012. Would it be considered a "TC2" or "SB 2042". These are choices on an application and I'm not familiar with the terms. I think one means a lifetime credential, which I do not have, but I'm not sure.

I've had a similar problem.  I've been looking around to try to figure out the difference and I believe that the SB 2042 is for the Preliminary Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and that you have to complete an induction course (BTSA) in order to receive your TC2.  I've come to this conclusion after reading a program description from this page:
