yeah this is a great shirt my school practice shirt has the same thing on the back............u know what else would be great, a Prefontaine shirt if ur friend is really into running than he should know who he Prefontaine was............thats a great shirt too

It always kinda bothered me that other teams would punish their athletes with running while we used it to get better. Its like oh, another day of sprints - good, I will get faster for the end of the season! The other sports have it all wrong ...
