  1. That is not normal from what I can understand. I would go to the eye doctor about this especially if its bugging you. Even eye doctors can't diagnose you just by hearing your situation over the computer. I'd go check and see what's going on.

    Take care!

  2. As far as your squiggle goes, it sounds like a floater to me.  Those are pretty normal.  Sometimes small pieces inside your eye can break off (sounds bad but it's not) and they will float around in the jelly-like substance that fills your eyes.  You can see them as they float around and they will sink if your eye is still.  Usually they are easiest to see on a white background.  It's nothing to worry about usually.  If you notice a lot of new floaters at once, though, it's a good idea to see an eye doctor.  (It's also important to see a doctor if you ever notice bright flashes of light without a cause.  This is not related to floaters, but it can be a sign of something serious, so I'm throwing it in.)

Being able to blur things does not make you a freak; it just means you are able to change the focus of your eyes easily.

I'm not real sure about the "slow-mo" thing.  I would suggest seeing an optometrist, especially if it is giving you symptoms.
