Question for Madden 09 Gamers who play on the Xbox 360???

Question

when you play online is their a significant 1/2 second delay during a kickoff or fieldgoal? My xbox just lags so much and when I kick its like a major delay that throws my kicks off. The game is constantly skipping. Does this happen for you guys as well? How can I fix my slow lagging dumb connection? And also does anyone else play practice mode and have your xbox skip right before the play if snapped? I am seriously considering buying a PS3 or something this system is a POS that lags and gives everyone I play an unfair advantage in every game. Thanks if any1 has any tips to stop lagging and/or have a better connection for my 360.
