Does anyone know if this is true: In PA, if you were born in '93, you have to have your permit for a year before you can get you license.

Anyone heard this before? Is it some kind of new law?

  1. I can't find anything on it.  Unfortunately it is hard to verify that info.  They have been trying to change the age to 18 for years and at least 5 times it has been misreported that it passed.  Recently, I heard born after 95 it is age of 18, but who knows if it is true.  The best place to find out is to call your State Rep's office.  His or her aides will be able to find out and let you know.
