On saturday I purchased the Clarion SIRCL3, so I can get sirius satellite radio, but the d**n keeps going in and out, saying that it is aquiring signal. It is almost unusable. I took it back to the installer, and he moved the attenna. By the time I got 2 blocks away from the shop, it cut in and out 8 times. I called the shop back, and they said that it was because I was in a tree line. Well, in California there is nothing but trees on the side of the roads. He told me to see how it works while on the freeway. I can't imagine that sirius is supposed to work like that, so I can't listen to it on the streets? I just have to use it on the freeway? that doesn't make any sense. He said that if it still doesn't work good, they will switch out the receiver. Is this normal??
