Question for System Admin/Eng?

Question

windows domain envioroment- Two active directories. I have been asked by my manager to replicate the server in a lab environment. So that we can do some testing on the server in lab before we apply on the real server. He wants the lab server to be the exact copy of the original server with all elements of active directory on the orignal server to be replicated on the lab server. Can someone tell me all the process please.. Please answer this if you are really sure and have had hands on experience.

I recommend the process you undertake is to employ a qualified consultant to undertake the replication and testing.  This kind of task is something that generally exceeds the available scope of the Answers forum.  Getting this work done by someone qualified in the first instance is going to save you a lot of money in the long run, and is a better way for your organisation to allocate its resources (its money, and its staff...it makes a lot more sense to have you addressing issues which you are qualified to deal with rather than the very costly expense of having someone come in afterward to fix it after it's totally stuffed up).
