My friend is really going through a hard time right now and wants to know if not eating normally like for example not eating for a couple of days is a sign of pregnency?

maybe, or may not.. coz there are a lot of reason y a person cud not eat for a couple of days,  maybe shes anorexic or not... if a person is pregnant there is a signs like in the first trimester of pregnanacy you cud experience of getting morning sickness, nauseated and vomiting, enlargement of the breast but the best result to know if your freind is pregnant or not, just have ur pregnancy test.

No, it isn't a sign. If she has been having a difficult time, her not eating is likely depression. She really does need to see her doctor.
