i thought only channel 7 had rights to show the olympics

so why is the olympics always on SBS

Don't question the motives, just be thankful that SBS is picking up the slack for channel 7's extremely ordinary coverage!!!!

They have a deal with 7 to show sport that 7 hasn't got time to show.

You'll notice most of their sports don't include Australians.

7 has the exclusive rights, but sbs has the 2nd choice, they get to broadcast all the sports which 7 doesnt want. which is sometimes even better, tonight has been a great night on sbs, with the mens tennis final, and the womens team table tennis final.

Lucky I had channel 7 ,sbs plus chinese free to air cctv1, cctv2 and cctv7 with cctv 1and 2 showing live and cctv 7 review. thank for good preparation
