Question:

Question for bisexual people?

I'm a bisexual person, and I don't really take much notice of peoples gender. I don't treat men and women differently, I speak to everyone the same, because I consider that they are the same. But anyway, I have noticed that sometimes I have somewhat more difficulty than others telling men and women apart, from a distance. Most people that I know can say whether or not another person is male or female (when they are reasonably androgynous) but it takes me a little longer to figure it out. I always mixed up he and she till I was about 8 years old. How goes it with you, do you experience some difficulty diferentiateing between men and women?

  1. Well...I am from New York so yeah...especially from the Village..lol

  2. no i don't usually, sorry if i was no help.

  3. It sounds as if you have blocked something in your brain and lost the ability or desire to recognize gender.

Maybe is due to your sexual orientation, some experience from the past or it may even be a congenital disorder. Sometimes we create obstacles in our brain, kinda like building a wall to keep out those things we don't approve off or we rebel against.

  4. its probably a slight mental disorder.  I saw on tv once this guy got into a car accident and he got his brain damaged and lost his ability to recognize faces all together. his sight is perfect but he cannot even recognize his own family.  I would go to a doctor and ask them, they will know for sure. or email a doctor. they are better at diagnosing then us on yahoo. :D

    hope you find help.

  5. No I have never once got it mixed up unless the person comes very close to having a male or female trait. I really dont know what to tell you about this except for that it is not normal. You should speak to a professional about this or start looking at a male and females physical traits a LOT more carefully

  6. Maybe you just need glasses, kid.

  7. not at all

  8. Nope. No problem at all. I think that's a bit weird that you do?

  9. not at all...I can tell men and woman apart even when IM'ing them its a very strange thing...well anyways no this isn't necessarily common and its not because you are bisexual

  10. Sometimes...but only when the guy is dressed like a girl or the girl is dressed like a guy.

If I get close to them I usually know whether they are male or female.

Or I might just need glasses LOL

  11. no, sorry
