Question for budgie breeders?

i bred this budgie

he has black on his face like when they are babies but he isnt a baby

he is a fully mature male

and he has developed black on his back and on his chest but not so much on his stomack or back

is this rare cause i have never seen anything like this before

Look up and see what a harlequin looks like. They look something like a pied but will have some splotches of black. I don't know if it is what you are looking at.
