I am looking for a website that can tell me the value of a never circulated dollar bill that is signed by the former treasurer Mary Ellen Withrow. It is also in a green department of the treasury holder? If you know how much it is worth or of a website please let me know, bc i am thinking about selling it.

  1. Most price guides do not list autographed notes. The only one I get is bank Note reporters-paper Money Market each month. It gives retail prices. I do get the Green Sheet about 4 times a tear and it is a dealers guide, it also has no listings of autographed notes. There are really no sites that just have lists. One thing you can do is to get hold of Denly's of Boston. they are a well know company and have a top rated reputation. You can email them at denlys@aol.com and they should be able to help you.
