I am looking for a website that can tell me the value of a never circulated dollar bill that is signed by the former treasurer Mary Ellen Withrow. It is also in a green department of the treasury holder? If you know how much it is worth or of a website please let me know, bc i am thinking about selling it.

The best place to look is Ebay.  Price guide websites are pretty useless because the people that print them won&#039;t buy them from you for the prices they give.  

A quick check showed bills signed by Withrow alone going for as little as $6 to as much as $24, not including shipping.  The variance in price comes in part because of variations in the bills themselves.  Year of issue, Federal Reserve Branch of issue, denomination ( I saw some $2 notes as well).

It also depends on who wants it, and how badly, at the time it is auctioned.
