  1. no.

we had this really deep discussion about this topic in my psychology class and if you watch the video of jfk  getting shot there is no way oswald did it from that building especially the way the bullet was actually shot through the president. i truly doubt we'll ever know the truth our government does things like this all the time and do very well covering up their tracks.

  2. I don't know about body language and I have no knowledge of forensics or police work. However, I did see some original footage of the assassination on You Tube. Okay, You Tube is not the best way to view footage. However, from the film it looks as if JFK was hit from two different angles, one from the back and one from the front. He slumps down at first from being hit. Jackie looks to see what is wrong. Then he is suddenly hit again from the front and that is when his brain flies out the back of his head. Who fired the second shot?

I have found a film sequence that shows Kennedy slumping (10 sec). Jackie Kennedy is looking at him and Connelly is looking up to his left (11-12 sec). Something has already happened to JFK. Then, at 13 sec the second shot comes from the front. Stop at those times and you will see what I mean.

  3. He did it. Stop beating a dead horse!

  4. I am no expert in the JFK assassination, but a few months ago, I actually read the Warren Commission Report while I was at the city library.

Although I still wonder whether or not there were others involved in the assassination, the evidence that Oswald was a shooter involved is very compelling.

First, he purchased the rifle used in the assassination under an assumed name.  Although he denied the rifle was his, the identification used to purchase the rifle had Oswald's photograph, and the hand writing appeared to match Oswalds.

Second, witnesses place Oswald at the Book Depository shortly before and after the assassination.

Third, when Officer Tippit was murdered, a person matching Oswald's description had been seen in the area.  When Oswald was later arrested at the theater, he was in possession of the same type of weapon used to kill Officer Tippit.  Numerous witnesses identified Oswald as the shooter at the scene of Officer Tippit's murder.

When Oswald was confronted in the movie theater by police.  Oswald attempted to shoot one of the arresting officers.  This officer managed to get the webbing of his hand, between his thumb and forefinger into the hammer, preventing the weapon from being fired.  Oswald also made began to make statements that he was a victim of police brutality and claimed to have not shot the president ... long before he was even questioned about the crime nor had he been even accused.

Although, like I said, I wonder if there are others involved, it appears pretty clear, from what I have read the Oswald was certainly involved.

And was not the patsy as he claimed he was.

  5. No, he was just what he said he was at one point--a patsy.

  6. If you fail to look at all the evidence then weigh that evidence against the conspirator theorists...along with how Oswald evaded the question "did you kill JFK?"...very symptomatic of someone attempting to lie!!

There is one thing one has to remember...those who make movies and write books...do so to make money. Questioning the JFK assassination is definitely one of those cases that stirs a lot of curiosity which is easily swayed if one isn't aware of ALL the facts!

I followed the events like anyone else during the early 60's....yeah I'm old!

The below website will provide so much information to help you decide who is telling the truth with evidence versus who's attempting to make money by making you wonder if the government was involved in a conspiracy!

Also, the History Channel just recently did a special explaining how conspiracy theorists TRY to explain fact from their fiction!

I most definitely believe Oswald killed JFK!
