Question for eBay sellers?

Have you seen any negative buyer behavior since eBay no longer permits sellers to leave negative feedback? The things I'm wondering about are non-paying bidders and bidders that now feel they can take weeks to pay. I'm also wondering if you've had bidders who don't pay and then write later to say they no longer want the item.

I've had both happen.  eBay is really going down.  It's so sad because SELLERS are what make up ebay and they are s******g us so bad, more than likely most sellers are going to get fed up and find a place with fewer fees, better rules, and have service that treats sellers with respect more than just a "system".
