Why would a guy flirt with a woman then turn her down if she asked to treat him for a meal?

because some guys dont like it when a girl does that like i myself will not let my girl pay for anything when we go out i guess its just that some guys are brought up for the man tho take care of the woman

Because he's possibly busy and won't be able to.

Because he's possibly seeing someone or MARRIED and so that's indulging his temptation which is a very bad thing.

Because he's just a flirt and isn't trying to date anyone, I flirt all the time but I ain't tryin to date someone i flirt with, it's just fun to get the attention.

Because he probably doesn't see you like that (kinda like the last sentence), and since you might indulge his flirting by flirting back, it's just more reason for him to do it.
