Question for illiterate people only?

How do you get your driver's license if you are illiterate? At least in my state you have to take a written test as well as a driving test.

An illiterate person cannot legally get a driver's license, because you need to be able to recognize what the various signs mean. however, many illiterate people get it through illegal ways. If you are the resident of Arizona, and illiterate then the written test will be a verbal test & the driving test will be as normal.

when i went for my test it was a oral test.All i want to know is how to use the computer if i can't read can i get a program to read things for me...
