Question for industry partners in fast food...?

Is it me or did anyone else notice a lot of angry customers today? Usually there is always that 1 an hour, but today it was just person after person. My co-worker got yelled at by a customer over the fries tipping in the bag (it was the customer that yanked at the bags and did it). WTF?

  1. People can be angry for any number of reasons. Sometimes they may be having a difficult day or have had some bad news or something is bothering them. It's rarely the fault of the food service worker when you get an angry customer. Just smile and ask if they want fries with that.
