  1. You might have a vitamin defficiency. You can go to a GP and have blood drawn to measure all of your levels. Unhealthy diet can cause that as well. So you could also check with a nutritionist to see if your getting enough of all the healthy stuff.

I'm 21 with 2 kids ages 3years8months, and 7 months old. I'm 15 weeks 4 days pregnant with our last baby, so I'm out of the sleepy fatigue stage. It is normal to have a lazy day, or to be exausted, but if it's all the time then there's something off. I'd bet a blood test would show iron defficiency, or a vitamin defficiency. I'd check it out.

  2. I totally understand. Sometimes, I do feel very exhausted.

I would suggest to check Doctor just to make sure everything is normal.

You might have ignored yourself by taking care of your kid. Eat well. Plan your meals and eat healthy food. I cook(30-40 mins) everyday after going home and spend rest of my time with my daughter.

I have full time job and before I leave, I make sure to have some snack at 4:30 or so, so that I won't be hungry when I pick up our little one or gives some energy to go for couple of hours.

About your back, I guess, your posture might not be right if your work involves mostly sitting. Please try different positions and see which one works.

    Hope it helps.

  3. go see a doctor.  I had the same problem, I was exhausted all the time and had absolutely no energy, I was moody and miserable.  Turned out I had hypothyroid, I got some medicine and now Im better. Yours may be a health issue also.

  4. drink a rockstar or two

    (energy drink)

    keeps you up and going

you can be hyper with your child

go outside and see what he likes to do

let him call you husband and talk to him on the phone

    easy as that

use aleve its my every pain reliever

  5. Get tested for anemia (low iron count) which will make you incredibly tired.  If you can't make a Dr's appointment, start taking a vitamin that has a strong iron supplement in it.  You shouldn't be that tired.  Any chance you could be pregnant?

  6. See your doctor for fatigue. There might be more to it.

First try eating better and cutting out sodas and junk foods which give you rushes and then crashes.

I am the same way but I have a 2 year old and 10 month old, its hard but you have to slap your face and get up and get moving. Take him for a walk, you cant fall asleep walking. Play outside with sidewalk chalk, push him in a swing.

  7. There are a number of medical problems that can cause fatigue.  I recommend seeing your doctor and getting it checked out.  Good luck!

BTW... when you are tired, it's the last thing you want to do but exercising can actually help bring back the energy.  Try taking him for a walk in the evening when it's cool or to the baseball or soccer field.
