Question for mothers, pregnancy cravings?

Question

Do women who crave certain foods during their period usually crave the same sort of foods when they are pregnant?

im craving pickles, and i usually don't like them

I'm also craving hot dogs which i didnt ever eat.

on my period i crave chocolate and now i don't even want to see chocolate.

I have been having the strongest cravings for watermelon (which I'm allergic to!) lol We all have different cravings, each as strange as the next!

Nope.. it is two different things. Period and pregnancy. During my period i wanted lots of salt. Im pregnant and must have spicy and sweets.. omg i would straight up kill somebody for a chimmichanga right now!

No I usually love chocolate but with this pregnancy it is too much. I don't like the flavor now I like more salty stuff now. But with my son I was a candy fiend, and during my period I usually eat chocolate. Good Luck!!!!

Well I never craved anything during my periods. And I don't really crave anything now during my pregnancy. Nothing in particular at least. I might just want something sweet,or salty. But I never thought like "man, I want some pizza right now." Nothing like that.

every time i was on my period i would crave chocolate and  now that i'm pregnant thats all i want to eat lol and plus my unborn son loves it to cause every time i eat chocolate he starts moving around and stuff in my tummy every time

no, not at all. I always crave sweets on my period, but when I was preggo all I wanted was boiled eggs and salty italian food

no chocolate near period during pregnancy it has been french fries, pizza, pumpkin bread, egg salad, a vast variety :)
