Question for people who have used careerbuilder.com.?

I wanted to know how common it is to find a job on careerbuilder.com without paying for all the extra "job finding tools". It's suppose to be a free service for job seekers, but I've been using it for months, and the only employers who contact me are those scammer ones who tell you they're going to going to make you a manager and you end up selling T-shirts door to door. I would just like to hear about the experiences people have had with them.

I thought i had a pretty good resume when i was looking for a job and never got any calls for the jobs that i was interested in and some when I called they wasn't hiring. My luck was a little disappointing too!
