Presently, I live out of India. I want to buy for my small kid a house.

I can consider a place where more and more Indians are living. Though

my preferably area will be New York City and that also around Time Sq., however, I am open for other places also. I am looking for economical house. Kindly advise where can I buy a house and approx.

how much it will cost me. If possible, give me web sites of real estate

brokers, their email addresses, tel. nos. preferably web site and emails

of attorneys who can help me. Thanks a lot.

A townhouse around times square is going to run you about $5M+.  If you got that kind of cash you should hire your own lawyers to do the work for you.
