Funny thing about the expression anti McCanns it seems to ignore the fact that they are the ones who are actively calling for Madeleine to be found!!!

Simple and undeniable fact is that the McCanns are unique as the only parents of a missing child to refuse to answer further police questions or to help in a reconstruction!!!

Those actions are the real reason the case has been closed.

Guilty people claim the right to silence whilst the innocent never stop wanting to help the police to clear them!!!

Sadly the McCanns can now never be free of suspicion!!!!

But far worse the McCanns actions in keeping the spotlight on themselves has kept the spotlight from the search for Madeleine!!!!!

This possibly the most annoying, and boring story ever of all time... Kids go missing every day and these go unpublicised. Yes the poor child needs to be found, but so do literally 1000's of others that go missing everyday around the world. In Brazil there are children (homeless) who are taken and murdered everyday by death squads...Why doesn't anyone do anything about this... STOP droning on about the bloody McCanns. At least they have the finances to keep looking most do not.

I agree with the statement, it is purely that they cannot prove anything one way nor the other.

What they are guilty of is not being there, neglect.  If they were there then it would not have happened.

If they were there asleep in the next room when it had happened, at least they would have been doing what was expected of them and they would not have been vilified in the way that they have.

As it is, whoever took her was only able to take her because they were failing to do their duty as parents.

No need for insults, the fact speak for themselves.

Seven :what evidence to prove death?Don't say the dogs as there's no proof that the 'death' the dog sensed wasn't with regards to their jobs.If there were it wouldn't be shelved.

If they were involved why would they try to keep this case 'alive' and get people to remember it at every turn when the easier and more logical way would be to let the fuss die down?Don't say money because it would be a whole lot less hassle to just continue in their careers as Doctor's earning great money with job satisfaction and a chance at a normal life again.Someone answer that for me.Red Chrome?Seven?Anyone?

hi red, not had chance to read link (yet) ..but can i just say to misty blue (who is lightly tanned... lucky girl!!) ...you seem to have been given a few good answers.. seven, puddy, rose, etc have all answered you so well i don't actually feel the need to add anymore..

and michael w.. tut tut i am disappointed in you, how horrible to wish a missing child on anyone ..so they can know what it feels like... thats really low..i am shocked you have said that, do you not even realise to wish that on another person, another child will have to suffer????????  just goes to show some of you PRO McCanns have really lost sight of this case.. its about a little girl... not her SCUMBAG NEGLECTFUL so called 'parents' ... can't get much lower than that comment.

From a standpoint of political classing, from where you are, as you realize that there are privileged individuals in this life, what would you like to see happen from this?

Way I see it, these things happen cause we all helped form what we live in.  Perhaps it is my passion or your passion to be able to convince these people to act another way.  But why do our circumstances forbid us to do so?  We made them too, right?

Jails cost a lot of money and death penalties turn my stomach and digestive trac.   So then what?

The best way to judge is with as much graceful discernment as one can muster in a given moment!

Life is the question(uncertainty) asked by the exhaling infinitely compacted imagination invention, or no thing, which is completely certain of everything, completely omniscient or all knowing.

When I die, I believe I will be in a new state, aware of all that is and yet divided into the nature of dust that I am in, whereupon my dust shall fall.  My being will remain an infinite part of an infinite being and infinite knowledge without my material human being status of now. So there will be a change.



But my soul, my passions and discompassions, will move on to infinite places of comfort and challenge.  Able to return to this state of uncertainty and free choice illusion for another ride when it is called effectively to do so.

So that the children of God, the creations of God, .. are actually part in parcel of that God or Creation Energy!

read the translated police report on 3arguidos.net, it clarifies that the mccanns and their friends had already let people trample through the room beofre the police arrived, making it impossible to seal off and contain evidence, that the mccanns and their friends refused to cooperate with police over time lines and the mccanns refused to answer questions, that the children of the mccanns were heard crying loudly by an upstairs neighbour for nearly 2 hours on the 1st may before the parents returned from their meal, that the cadavour odour was detected by dogs in the apartment and on kates clothes, that the blood from maddie was detected by the dogs in the apartment, that the initial DNA tests concluded that the dna found in the mccanns rental car was maddies, but a second testing said taht it wasnt conclusive

The police said it themselves, "it is not a declaration of innocence". It simply  means they don't have enough to convict the McCanns and therefore they can't do anything more I am afraid.

There was evidence of death found by the dogs - those dogs are highly trained.

There was evidence of Maddies blood - doesn't prove the parents killed her, but it is a fact! The dogs both detected that too. Found behind the sofa, as was, the smell of death??

Coincidence, I don't think so.

But I think what did it for the police, and myself, was the fact that the McCanns refused to answer questions, or be involved in a reconstruction, why??? If I were innocent, and courted publicity like they have done and are still doing, I would be only too happy to assist the police in any way I could to find my child. If they did not have anything to do with the disappearance of Maddie why would they refuse??? That only adds fuel to the fire for newspapers etc

There are alot of people walking free in todays society who have committed serious crimes, but as there was lack of evidence they are not in jail, this does NOT make them innocent, it makes them d*mn lucky.

At the end of the day the McCanns have to live with themselves, they are guilty of leaving their kids alone and something happened to one of them. (They are lucky it wasn't all of them!) I hope they can sleep at night because I couldn't!!

What we all say here does not matter, what the newspapers say does not matter, and for me what the McCanns say also DOES NOT MATTER!!

One thing is for sure they WILL make a film or a book, you can bet your bottom dollar they will, and they will try and keep their "innocence" running in the press for as long as they can.Shame on them. Maddie where ever you are, be at peace.

I'm not pro or anti the McCanns, my sympathy if for Madeline. Whatever the truth of the matter, she is the innocent victim here. Now someone is cashing in on her disappearance.

Hi Red.

I read frustration and sadness that they had so much evidence but not enough to be conclusive. It's no surprise why they were made suspects. Reading between the lines I feel that they wish people to know that although the Mc's 'official suspect' status has been lifted; by no way does it mean they think, or are saying they are innocent they just don't have the last piece of the jigsaw, the piece where Madeleine is.

They have been ridiculed and hindered at every step but anyone reading the report would suspect the parents of a clear involvement in the death of the child.

One thing is sure, there is no proof of an abduction but enough disturbing evidence to prove death and although this information will collect dust for now, nothing as changed, the suspicion over the Mc's will always remain and the evidence they do have is enough to encourage those who believe in justice to keep digging until they find the right 'unturned stone'....

Edit: Misty Blue. The DNA evidence is not just a case of the smell of death on Kate. It was found in the apartment, the child's toy and other areas. There are other indications, which are enough to cause serious doubt. You can read part of that in the link.

If you were guilty you would also keep the story alive, to try and avert suspicion. No one can prove either way at this stage but there is enough evidence there to, (in my opinion) suggest rightful suspicion.

After reading your comments it disturbs me to think that you wish that on anyone. Joana Morais has provided a voice for many and has always provided many unbiased sources, which have turned out to be true. As for your comment on her picking on the ‘weakness and vulnerability of the Mc’s and their friends’ I find astounding! What about the weakness and vulnerability of Madeleine? Don’t you get it, it’s because of Madeleine that every one is up in arms and it won’t go away until justice is served.

Who is  Joana Morais. ? She is a 26 year old journalist from Lisbon, no children and single living with her mother. Not very old and as she has no children of her own explains her total  lack of sympathy for little Maddie. This sums it all up a quote from her own article" ...that our newspaper is not going to stop searching and questioning all the versions from all the protagonists no matter how...."  Searching ? not for little Maddie oh no.  She sounds like a typical ant McCann who appears to want to expose the weakness and venerability from the McCanns and their friends but has little or no care for the one important person in this case ie little Maddie herself. Not a word about her. Not a word about helping to find her, not an ounce of sympathy. She needs to have a child of her own and then she will know a little how it feels when it goes missing.

Rosebud. This woman would not know even how to spell truth. All she has are theories and speculations. Not 1 single fact. She is so biased that she should not even be writing for a paper. Yes I do dislike this woman who is .,like a few one here. behaving like a lynch mob. If she is so right how come her own police force have released her as a suspect. Does she know more then them ? But neglect is a serious thing and that is exactly what those parents did to Madeleine and that cannot go unrecognised!

The best thing to do is continue looking for the girl. The topic must be rested itself.  Until she is found the topic is getting old.
