Question for the guys; Nice guys vs. Bad boys?

Like every girl, I'm attracted to the confidence of those shallow guys who think they're "the cats meow", lol. But that's not who I want to spend a long period of my life with. I would rather be in a loving, trusting relationship where I don't have to worry whether the guys putting up a front or cheating. I don't even care that much about looks, as long as the guy takes care of himself.

My problem is that the only guys I've ever been in a "relationship" with (if you could even call them relationships) are those "bad" guys. Why is it that I only attract them? I'm a very shy person, really quiet, not really a people person, so my friend thinks that's why, because they like a challenge or something. I don't know.

How do I get the nice guys to notice me?

Pick one out that you think fits the bill and approach him. Don't wait on him. He will probably be flattered.

I'll bet that they already do notice you... You just don't notice them in return.

I'm a very nice guy... But part of it is a shyness and lack of confidence in myself. I don't want to start talking to random girls because I don't want to appear cocky or arrogant... It's just not me. If she shows signs of interest, then I open up. Try initiating conversatonis once in a while... You don't need to be a total flirt, but if you know a nice guy, just try to show him that you think he's great.

Keep looking, because we exist... :)

Unfortunately, I think the reason you've dated so many of those guys is one simple fact: Girls fall for the douchebags, and leave the good guys behind.

If you want a good guy to notice you, talk to him, flirt. You have to be interested first to get a guy to chase you.

they've already noticed you. they're just not as up front about it as the bad boys are. you can usually tell who the nice guys are but they won't actually start talking to you until you're more confident and not so shy
