hey can someone please fill me in on the hills in seasons 1-3?

just a brief explination

i know who everyone is and all.

ive seen laguna beach and im familiar with the hills but i just need a little help thanks a million

lauren was friends with heidi

heidi met spencer- he didnt get along with lauren

a rumor about a sextape came out and lauren thinks heidi and spencer did it

lauren is now friends with everyone audrina, whitney, Lo, and steph(who is spencer's sister)
