I can't decide on a regular gym or curves?

  1. I would say if you are already experienced at working out then you would be better off joining a regular gym, but if you are just getting started working out for the 1st time Curves is a great place to start.  I have gone a few times with my mother and she really likes it and has lost weight.  I thought it was fun also although it wasn’t as challenging as I would have preferred being that I have been working out for a while. So basically I would say it depends on your on where you are to begin with.


  2. im not a member but i know a lady that is and shes been at it 4 mo. it has done her a lot of good, losing weight and toning. she goes 3 times a week.
