Question for the ladies-?

I'm planning to get a tattoo on my forearm of Elke The Stallion. If you saw a guy sporting a tattoo of a portrait-style tattoo of her, would you mind? I mean, what's the difference between a nude tattoo of pin-up or even one that's cartoony, and one of Elke, which won't even be nude?
