im going away on the 19th and should get my period 18th till 21st. i use both tampons and towels. [towels for sleeping] how many tampons and stuff should i take?

just buy a bag of 16 that should be enough, you don't want to run out of pads do you?

I would just take a whole box to be safe.

You can swim, as long as you're using tampons.

Take the whole box, you never know what could happen right? Make sure to pack extra undies as well.

Take a full box of tampons plus a full packet of towels & several pairs of undies , you never know just when it will occur .

only you know how frequently you need to change them. take a box and you should have plenty.

yes go swimming. dont put your holiday on hold.

Take a box of tampons, there should be plenty in there for you. And of course you should go swimming! A period should not stop you from having fun on your holiday!
