Question for the wrestlers

Ok I am going into 12th grade this year and I am going to be wrestling for the second year. I was wondering what knee brace you guys would reccommend that most of the wrestlers wear.

Just the regular neoprene ones. You dont want anything that is big and bulky. Basically you just want something to keep the mat burn down.

just buy some good old wrestling pads. not the big and heavy ones. one that you think fit good and don't feel heavy on you so you can be flexible.
