I was just wondering if there are certain times of the month when you feel like all your energy is zapped and you find yourself not running for very far and are going so slow.I run 4-5 days a week. I can easily run 3 miles with no problem. But during the couple of days after I ovulate, I feel as though I can't even run for 10 minutes and if I do, I am going very very slow. Any of you experience this or is it just me? It is so frusterating for me.
