Question for women runners....?

I was just wondering if there are certain times of the month when you feel like all your energy is zapped and you find yourself not running for very far and are going so slow.

I run 4-5 days a week. I can easily run 3 miles with no problem. But during the couple of days after I ovulate, I feel as though I can't even run for 10 minutes and if I do, I am going very very slow. Any of you experience this or is it just me? It is so frusterating for me.

  1. i don't run, so you might not trust my answer, but if you are having your period then of course your body isn't going to want to run. like yyou said, ur energy is probly just zapped, that's what happens during ur period! hopefully you'll find another way to 'simulate' running during this time in the month so you won't get out of shape! hope this helps!
