Question of Resource conservation and subtitution Projects?

I have to do a casestudy on a Resources conservation project (water conservation, forest conservation) and a resource subtitution project. For the projects provide information like start date, who started, who is funding it, etc.... And ya, this casestudy is under sustainable development chapter. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

A classic study would be one to conserve forest by using recycled wood products.  That way you conserve the forest and the substitution is done by using recycled items in place of new ones.  You'll have to find a specific one since I can only describe the type of project you should look for.
