I know in Vegas and Atlantic City thye can remove you from the casino for card counting because it is private property. What about on Indian Reservations. Is that considered private property? What measures do they take for card counting? Thanks..

  1. I live in Oklahoma and go often. The Gaming Stautes are very similar to AC and Vegas. The land they are on is tribal obviously and voilations for Indians are handled in tribal court, for non indians you could be charged in federal court for tresspassing if you return after they tell you they dont want your action. The answer to your question is yes you can be removed and they do have legal recourse to stop you.
