Question on 9/11 conspiracy?

i was just reading all this stuff about 9/11 being a conspiracy and some of it made sense. I still do not believe it entirely but my question is: if it WAS a conspiracy then why? what would bush get out of killing all those people?

  1. I heard a theory that the FBI and CIA had a rivalry going on and that to aid the planes beacons were placed in the twin towers because it would be very hard other wise to hit them.

    Also Bin Laden is an ex CIA agent so that doesnt help against the thought of a conspiracy etc. etc.

    Sadly now its all theories and we cant prove anything.
