If you consumed four chocolate fudge bars in a short time period, all of the following would occur EXCEPT

a. Your glucose level would rise and then eventually fall.

b. Your glucose level would rise and then eventually fall.

c. Glucagon levels would remain at low levels and eventually rise.

d. Insulin levels would rise and then eventually fall

A and B are the same and glucose levels would rise. When glucose levels rise, insulin rises and to combat the rise in insulin, glucagon will eventually rise.

They are all correct. Check A and B. I think maybe one should say "Your glucose levels would remain low and eventually rise." This would be incorrect. Edit the question and then I'll have the answer for ya. :)
