I just barely started to have an interest, and I'm curious to know if anybody has any basic tips for me. I've been doing yoga for flexibility, as well as upper body strength. & although it has nothing to do with my strength, probably more my rhythm, I'm having mad trouble getting the top rocking down. :|
I'm also wondering if 16 is a good age to begin with, although I already know that it's always better if you are younger.
