What cyclone is likely to extend furthest upwards into the atmosphere? and WHY!!!

PLease inculde an answer and a reason...they said its a tropical cyclone but they did not include the reason...!!!!

the word tropical means hot. and we know that hot air rises up into the atmoshere. that is why the answer is tropical cyclone
