  1. On a Bond?

    Bail Bondsman or Court Released?

Bail Bonding Company has the house as a collateral to pay the bond by selling off the property.

Court ordered and Jug hold bond for court, if not apprehended with in a reasonable time, then the county, city whoever has the court bond will liquidate the house to settle the bond.

Bond raised higher as a result of a felony flight for Failure to Appear.

  2. The house is taken.

  3. The house will be forfeited (as the parents agreed it could) unless the person is found.    Generally, the Court will give 30-60 days to have the person produced.       If the person is NOT produced, the parents lose the house and the warrant for the person will remain active, he'll be rearrested and have to post another bond (the house that was posted won't provide any "credit" towards the new bond).

  4. Generally there is a deadline for him to be returned to justice, after which time the property becomes property of the justice system....
