If i bench press less weight for longer period of time and for more reps then will my pecs become toned? I would like to know if benching less weight longer helps build stronger and better looking pecs not man b***s

  1. Working out tones you up... no doubts. Don't just concentrate on bench press though. There are so many other muscles that you will neglect. In teh muscels stakes, chicks check out abs, butt and pecs... guys seem to check out pecs, abs and biceps! .. but if you look around the gym.. you see guys that have developed those muscles and have scrawny chicken legs and are out of balance... no lats... poor back development etc... they look goofy. Develop a routine that works up your whole body and you will look proportionately hawt.

    Pecs on a scrawny body with no abs or shoulder development looks plain stupid.

  3. yea less weight for a longer period of time on the bench will tome your pecs. for losing moobs, cardio and dieting will be far more effective. benching will build the pecs, but it wont do anything about the fat on top of them (moobs)
