On a British passport, for instance if I lived in Wales (which I do) when you write your country of birth, do you put "Wales" or "United Kingdom"? Also, why is this?

Thanks in advance =]

  1. United Kingdom. However much you might be a nationalist, the Union still holds: you are a citizen if the United Kingdom, not of Wales. Not passing judgement on nationalism, just pointing it out.

  2. united kingdom, because wales is part of the united kingdom :)
