OKay, im really wanting to get a HDTV. Iv been looking at a few and im wanting to get one between 47"-52" for gaming and watching tv and movies, thats a little over $2,000. Now, i could try to ask my mom or step dad but that doesnt seem fair to them seeing as how my step dad bought me a fourwheeler for $4,000 and my computer for about $1,000. And my mom has bought everything else like my 360 and wii etc. My question is, how can a 15 year old like me save up money for something like this? Of course i thought of a job, but i kinda live in the "country" so theres nothing around. And snise i cant drive yet i couldnt go to work at a better place. So can someone help me on this?

  1. Do you really need a TV that big?

You'd be surprised how much the price drops when you stop worrying about 1080p. You'll only notice the difference between that and 720p under certain circumstances.

Bigger isn't always better. Be econonomical. Save yourself some money and you'll spend less time working it off and more time enjoying it.

  2. This is the TV ELECTRONICS forum, not Ann Landers or "Teen Magazine".

Post this juvenile silliness in the correct Y/A forum, please, like "Family & Relationships" where someone might be really interested!
