How would I go about getting things published? I'm not looking to get paid or anything, just to share my stories and to offer advice and help. I've been through a ton of things and I really think I have alot to offer. I'd like to turn my negative experiences into something positive.

  1. You can start by writing for the web. Ezine articles is a good place to get started. Some article submission sites even have programs where you can monetize your articles.

There is a trick to making your articles work better. The first link below has a tutorial. I think on that page is a link to the major article submission sites. It is free to submit. Best case, a newspaper will contact you for a quote or more.

Note that writing for the web is different than writing for print media.

Rather than talking on a lot of things, become an expert on one thing.

Public speaking goes hand in hand with writing. Below you will also find a link on becoming a professional public speaker. You can start teaching at a local college, even if you do not have a degree. Some of my students have. Some of my first presentations were at universities. I was still in high school. You can do it too.

The only thing you need to know is that most experts take 10 years on the average to get to where they are going. So this means that you will have to learn to thrive on rejection. And never believe anyone when they say you did a great job. Of course get permission to use it as a testimonial, but never stop improving.

As Tony Robbins says, work for Constant And Never-ending Improvement.

Be patient, work hard, and hope to see you soon.

    Best wishes.
